Position Title: Restaurant Team Member (Assistant Manager position with higher pay available to any team member who shows they are a dedicated and great worker)
Pay: Between $10 - $13 per hour + tips (depends on background experience, availability, and work ethic).
Schedule: Store operating hours: 5am-8pm, 7 days per week.
We are currently seeking people capable of working morning, midday, and/or evening shifts at our store. Most people are needed between 6:00am-7:00am starting in the morning. Hard workers who show they care and will go the extra step will make wages on the higher end of the pay scale. In addition, we value open availability which can lead to higher pay as well. An assistant manager position is currently open as well which leads to higher pay. This position isn't open to just anyone and potential candidates must show their strong work ethic and ability to be responsible while on the job.
Overview of Position:
A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. We strive to make for an enjoyable and fun work environment, while at the same time maintaining our effectiveness in serving customers their orders quickly and accurately. We really work hard to bring team members on who we think can bring a positive attitude to their work!
A shift leader will help lead the crew when needed during their shift and will be third in charge after Manager and Assistant Manager.

Schedule:
-Morning Shifts (starts anywhere from 4:00am-8:00am and ends 11:00am-3:30pm typically)
-Evening Shifts (starts between 12:00pm-3:30pm and ends 8:00pm-9:00pm)
-Our operating hours are 5:00am-8:00pm, 7 days/week
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow food safety standards
- Prepare food and beverages
- Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
- Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Clean equipment and guest areas
- Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
- Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter register and handle payments
- Follow speed of service standards
- Serve and communicate with guests
- Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
