As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items following safety and food handling guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms through effective bussing practices.
- Engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and promote menu items through upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
