- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments (Managed or SaaS).
- Deploy and manage Dynatrace agents.
- Manage ActiveGates.
- Ensure Dynatrace infrastructure stability and performance.
- Upgrade Dynatrace software as needed.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor application performance metrics and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve issues.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to understand application performance needs.
- Provide guidance and training on Dynatrace best practices.
- Document application workflows and Dynatrace configurations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze Dynatrace data to identify trends and patterns.
- Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts.
- Generate reports on application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Migrate Dynatrace environments (e.g., from Managed to SaaS).
- Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools.
- Champion APM and event monitoring solutions and processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
