Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Supervise the online sales process, from order placement to fulfillment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and returns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the online store.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or e-commerce management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate tasks efficiently within a team environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
