The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online sales strategy to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through our eCommerce platforms. This role will oversee all aspects of online store management, including product listings, website optimization, marketing campaigns, order fulfillment, and customer service, aiming to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably with a successful track record of driving online sales growth
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Ebay, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and have reliable transportation available during business hours.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust eCommerce strategy aligned with overall business goals, including sales targets, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and website traffic to measure success.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth navigation and optimal product presentation.
- Manage product listings, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant categories.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize website layout, calls-to-action, and conversion funnels.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on relevant platforms to reach target audiences.
- Customer Experience:
- Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage order fulfillment process, including inventory management, shipping logistics, and returns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, website analytics, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize eCommerce operations.
- Team Management:
- Mentor a team of thrift shoppe staff, including managers and customer service associates.
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on achieving team goals.
Experience

Education
