As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC .
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction and mission-critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical scopes of work, leading field teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of electrical work on data center construction projects
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure smooth execution
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues in real time
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to maintain project efficiency and excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction
- Proven experience with data center or mission-critical projects (required)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
