We're seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our New Jersey team. If you’re ready to grow your skills, take on high-impact projects, and work with a crew that has your back, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Bend conduit, pull wire, and install panels, switches, and other control devices
- Adhere to all NEC standards and job-site safety protocols
- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades on high-profile projects
- Troubleshoot issues independently and keep projects moving on time
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of verifiable commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and commercial wiring practices
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools, lifts, and ladders
- Journeyman License is a plus, but not required – solid experience and work ethic matter more
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a big bonus (or we’ll help you get it)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 84 per week
