Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, adaptable, and customer-focused Electrical Service Technician to join

technical skills, including diagnosing 3-phase electrical issues, while also mentoring and training
others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform service calls, troubleshoot, and provide effective, code-compliant solutions.
- Diagnose and repair single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, panels, lighting, receptacles, and related systems.
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring other technicians.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and cooperative.
- Proficient in diagnosing/repairing 3-phase electrical issues.
- Solutions-focused mindset.
- Willing and able to train and educate others.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical service experience (residential, commercial, and/or light industrial).
- Knowledge of NEC and local codes.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient with electrical testing tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined/elevated spaces.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
Preferred:
- Customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with smart home tech, generators, or solar.
- Open-minded and committed to doing service better.
