Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and perform complex corrective mechanical repairs on plant facilities and manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct scheduled mechanical preventive maintenance as outlined in the company's preventive maintenance system.
- Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities performed by external contractors when required.
- Procure necessary maintenance supplies electronically using approved vendor systems established by the Purchasing Department.
- Participate in daily Facilities Team meetings to align on manufacturing support priorities and communicate effectively with Leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist with scrap metal collection and coordinate transfer to local recyclers, as needed.
- Support winter safety efforts by clearing and de-icing walkways, when necessary.
What You Bring:
✔️ Experience: 3 – 5 years experience in related field
✔️ Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work across multiple departments.
