We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respect among students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students who may need extra help in specific subjects.
- Organize library services to encourage reading and research skills among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administration in planning school-wide activities and events.
- Stay updated on childhood development practices and educational trends to continually improve teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in childcare or education administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies to address diverse classroom dynamics.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools that can enhance the educational experience.
- Previous experience in private school settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
