On-Duty Depot is currently hiring Emergency Vehicle upfitters in Powell, TN. On-Duty Depot is a fast-growing company with family values.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Two years of experience is desired, but not required.
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring is desired but not required.
- Experience w/ installation of emergency lighting is desired, but not required.'
- Able to communicate well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Have a general understanding of installation procedures and wiring diagrams as they apply to mobile computers, mobile radios, mounting components, and peripherals as they apply to each project.
- Installation of required components with a knowledgeable background in 12-volt & 24-volt systems.
- Perform vehicle upfits and builds on client/fleet vehicle.
- Maintain daily work schedule.
- Communicate regularly with management on the progress of the project and any problems encountered.
- Maintain and review all accurate documentation to ensure all mounting components are properly installed, and the vehicle interior is left in its original condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
