Client Service Representative (CSR)
Eagle Rock Animal Emergency – Los Angeles, CA
Eagle Rock Animal Emergency is a privately owned emergency animal hospital looking to add a compassionate, reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to our growing team.
We are specifically hiring for Sundays through Tuesdays, 6 PM – 6 AM AND 6 AM – 6 PM, or Sunday and Monday 6 PM-6 AM
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure and understands the importance of providing empathetic support to our clients during stressful situations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with both people and animals
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Works well independently and in a team
- Prior customer service experience required
- Veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer, phone, and math skills
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting clients at check-in and during their visit
- Answering phones and taking messages clearly and accurately
- Communicating patient arrival updates with the hospital team
- Presenting treatment plan estimates and processing payments
- Assisting with discharges and preparing medications to go home
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office environment

- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — 6 AM to 6 PM
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — 6 PM to 6 AM
- Sunday and Monday — 6 PM to 6 AM
