Kennedy McCarthy & Rumm, LLP is a boutique employment law firm based in Irvine, California, dedicated to representing employers. We are growing again and seek an exceptional attorney to join our collaborative practice. Our Firm combines deep legal expertise with a team-oriented culture.
This full-time role involves managing employment defense litigation matters from intake through resolution, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and single-plaintiff litigation, arbitration, and mediation. The ideal candidate will have experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client strategy in California state and federal courts.
We’re looking for:
· Active California bar license
· At least five years of employment law experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
· Practical, business-focused mindset with the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients
· No book of business required
