As an Energy Account Associate, you will represent one of the most reputable brands in the industry while working closely with customers to provide unmatched sales and customer service experiences. This Energy Account Associate position involves developing your sales and customer service skills along with account management development.
As an Energy Account Associate, your primary role will be to connect with customers to understand their needs, and guide them through innovative products and services that can help reduce their energy costs. We understand that our customers are loyal to their service so our Energy Account Associate will make a memorable experience for them. With a deep understanding in the energy and resource industry, our Energy Account Associates will also be part of a dynamic team dedicated to building genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction!
Energy Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and businesses to provide personalized service and educate customers on renewable and resourceful energy products and services
- Effectively and actively listen to customers and what their needs are so that our Energy Account Associates can provide the best service possible and products to meet their requests
- Assist customers with account setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting services
- Work with the team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide valuable feedback to improve sales strategies and account management
- Continuously develop product knowledge with the help of top Energy Account Associates
- Understand changes in products to offer the best and most personalized sales process
Energy Account Associate Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail when managing customer accounts
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management or related fields is a plus but not required
- A team player with a strong work ethic
