Energy Auditor for Quick Home Energy Check-ups
Award-winning green energy company seeks friendly energy auditors for door to door work in neighborhoods within Maryland or New Jersey utility areas for a popular no-cost energy efficiency program called Quick Home Energy Check-ups (QHEC).
Lead generate your appointment through canvassing. Then, to service your inspection, a BPI certification is required. If you don't have one, we will coordinate your training and class to obtain it!
What's a Quick Home Energy Check-up (QHEC)? You will perform a 45 minute visual inspection and install energy saving devices, where eligible. Customers are glad to learn about this program and appreciate your work in their home!
You will:
- Inspect home’s heating and cooling systems, windows, doors, and more and look for ways to improve their efficiency
- Educate homeowner on how their home uses energy—and how to save
- Provide a report listing recommended energy-saving changes
- Install no-cost energy-saving products to immediately make their home more efficient
Installed devices may include:
- ENERGY STAR® certified LED bulbs
- Water heater pipe wrap(s)
- ShowerStart™ showerhead adapter
- Efficient-flow showerheads
- Faucet aerators
- Smart power strips
- Smart Thermostats*
We are a select approved company to offer this important no-cost energy saving service, and we are paid to do so. Start your full time green energy career with us!
Expectation is for 20-30 lead-generated QHECs per week. Paid per completed lead and completed QHEC service to customers. Other services are offered for more commission. $250 signing bonus after first 4 weeks of hitting weekly goals.
Must have a driver's license, clean court record, experience in door to door sales and home improvement, and own transportation.
