Job Description:
As a member of the Hardware Design Verification (HDV) team, responsibilities will include executing automated RF test and measurement systems for testing and characterization of complex military communication/networking equipment. In addition, the position will include collaboration with scientists, engineers, and management to analyze test data, generate visualizations, and create reports.
Essential Functions:
Execute Hardware Validation testsReview test results, compile test reports and communicate with internal customers
Consult with electrical engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate measurement techniques and corresponding measurement data as they relate to operational performance requirements of new products
Organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets from varying sources using automation where feasible. Develop reports from this data to represent and communicate product performance
Positive attitude, openness to new ideas, willingness to learn new tools
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
RF and baseband test and measurement experience. Familiarity with test equipment such as: Spectrum/Network analyzers, Power Meters, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Audio analyzersExperience with RS-232, Ethernet, USB, TCP/IP
Networking and Radio communication system experience desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $30.53 - $56.49. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
