Enrichment Teacher
(Preschool/Kindergarten)
Pay: Salary $1,120 monthly
Class Time: M-F 11:25 am to 3:15 pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to lead our new Enrichment Program for four-year-old preschoolers and kindergarten students in a mixed aged classroom. This program supports up to 12 students in a safe and nurturing environment, offering hands-on activities that extend learning and promote social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students during lunch, recess, and afternoon enrichment specials
- Plan, lead and support hands-on learning experiences with a provided daily schedule, curriculum, and materials for the program
- Participate in weekly art and music specials led by our qualified teachers
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports each child’s growth and development
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space shared with the Kindergarten and Preschool teachers
Qualifications: (Preferred)
- Experience working with preschool and/or kindergarten-aged children
- Enthusiastic about early childhood education and enrichment learning
- Ability to manage a small group independently and support individual needs
- Familiar with our schools approach to discipline using the conscious discipline method
