HerHeadquarters is bringing on a partner to build and lead our enterprise growth. You won’t be just another sales hire, but a founding role in a new, pre-revenue vertical. You’ll build it from the ground up with the backing, momentum, and infrastructure of an established brand. HerHeadquarters is a B2B procurement software to outsource work to, hire, and pay verified women-owned vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to help lead a company to acquisition and own a meaningful piece of that outcome. You’ll be the engine behind building and scaling our enterprise growth.

- you want an integral role in building towards our exit, drawn to ownership and impact
- 5+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 procurement and executive teams
- you bring a strong network + a proven record of closing high-value B2B contracts
- you can lead outreach, pitch top prospects, and drive deals to the finish line
- you’re energized by working with a small start up of <10 employees

WHAT YOU'LL GET
Flexibility with your compensation package, including;
- A deferred salary ($80–125K), kicks in after first deal is secured
- Equity (6-12%)
