Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and conferring with defense counsel
- Drafting various motions
- Various court appearances
- Vehicle inspections and surrenders
- Taking and defending depositions
- Eventually, trials and trial preparation
Necessary Qualifications:
- Is in good standing as an active member of the California Bar.
- Has 1-5 years experience as an attorney, preferably in California lemon law / consumer protection law, products liability and/or personal injury.
- Proficiency with the California rules of civil procedure.
- Preferably proficient with Federal rules of civil procedure.
- Has a desire to take on a challenging caseload.
- Has thorough and detailed organization skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a competitive spirit and desire to be a strong client advocate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $145,479.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
