Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Assignment Length: 3–6 Months with potential to convert to permanent
Pay Rate: $22-26/hr Depending on experience
Fluent Spanish Speaker Required

Our client in Pleasanton is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in a busy call center environment. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or individuals early in their career to gain valuable customer service experience in a supportive and fast-paced workplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer Customer Calls: Speak with customers by phone to take concrete orders, discuss delivery timing, colors, and product types. Provide friendly and professional service in both English and Spanish.
- Enter and Update Orders: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, including delivery times, product details, and special requests. Make updates as needed and communicate any changes to the appropriate teams.
- Communicate Policies Clearly: Help customers understand pricing, delivery details, and any additional charges (such as weekend deliveries or small loads).
- Support the Team: Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed to help the call center run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. College degree a plus!
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Customer Service Mindset: A friendly, patient, and professional communicator who enjoys helping others.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel. Training on internal systems will be provided.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is helpful, but not required. We’re open to training the right candidate with strong communication skills and a great attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
