We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will assist customers, address inquiries, and support client engagement activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Respond to customer questions about services and processes
- Support scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Assist with maintaining accurate client records and data entry
- Help prepare materials for meetings and client-facing activities
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and client-facing area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
