We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team and learn the art of furniture and cabinet production from start to finish. This is a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of valuable skills in a supportive and hands-on environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Furniture Finishing: Learning to prepare and apply various finishes to furniture and cabinets, achieving high-quality results.
- Deliveries and Installations: Assisting with the careful transport and installation of finished products in customer homes.
- Furniture Construction: Training in the safe and effective use of power tools (shapers, planers, table saws, jointers, chop saws, etc.) and hand tools for the initial stages of furniture construction.
- Diverse Tasks: Performing a variety of tasks on a daily basis, contributing to the entire production process from initial concept to final delivery.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Strong Work Ethic: A willingness to work hard, learn continuously, and contribute positively to the team.

- Physical Strength: The ability to lift 50-100 pounds as needed for material handling and installations.
- Comfort with Physical Work: Someone who doesn't mind getting dirty as part of the hands-on nature of the job.
