Miami, FL | Entry-Level Sales Development Trainee
We’re hiring Sales Development Trainees for one of our Miami partners. We’re not looking for perfect resumes, we’re looking for hungry, coachable individuals who want to learn how to sell, lead, and win in the real world.
You’ll be trained from the ground up in face-to-face sales, leadership development, and the mindset it takes to build a long term six-figure sales career.
What You’ll Learn
✅ How to open conversations with business owners and close deals

What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute a proven B2B sales system (full training provided)
- Generate leads through in-person outreach
- Build relationships with small business owners
- Present customized solutions that help businesses save money and grow
- Track performance daily and hit clear KPIs
- Support team growth and culture as you rise through the ranks
What You’ll Earn
- Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60K–$80K Year 1
- Weekly pay structure
