Reporting to the Manager/Director, the Environmental Health & Safety Specialist 2 plays a vital role in promoting and maintaining a safe and secure environment. With minimal supervision, the Sr. EH&S Specialist is capable of communicating all facets of the safety program to internal and external stakeholders at the guidance of the EH&S manager/director. The Sr EH&S Specialist ensures compliance with applicable EH&S regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. This position has no supervision responsibilities. The estimated salary range for this position is $66809.50 - $86852.35 / year depending on experience.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Driver's License from Florida.
Additional Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferably in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Safety.
- Prefer one or more of the following professional certifications (or ability to obtain within 24 months): Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Registered Environmental Professional (REP), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Healthcare Environmental Manager (CHEM), Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP).
