Responsibilities

  • Well rely on you to lead our internal coordination of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout, working with our implementation partner on requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, testing and go-live.
  • Once Dynamics 365 is live, youll own its configuration, security roles, workflows and master data; handle first-line user queries; and manage change requests and updates with our partner.
  • Youll work with teams across our business to review and standardise processes and prepare clean, well-structured data for migration into Dynamics 365.
  • Youll create training materials and user guides, run training sessions, champion Dynamics 365 adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Youll develop reports and dashboards from Dynamics 365, for example in Power BI, and integrate the system with Microsoft 365, Monday.com and other business systems.
  • Youll be the first point of contact for internal IT issues, resolving issues in-house where possible and escalating to our external IT provider when needed, while ensuring issues are closed out promptly.
  • Youll administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences, Teams, SharePoint sites and permissions, working with our IT provider on changes requiring elevated access.
  • Youll create and maintain SQL Server instances for local or cloud hosting, including database administration.
  • Youll set up and maintain servers for purposes such as internal web applications and databases to support our business digitalisation.
  • Youll design, build and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate, Zapier and similar tools, connecting Microsoft 365, Monday.com and other business systems.
  • Youll support the rollout and administration of AI tools, API integrations and connectors, working with our AI & Automation team on access, permissions and data handling.
  • Youll maintain good security practices across our systems and automations, including multi-factor authentication, access reviews and device compliance, and support compliance with UK GDPR.
  • Youll maintain our IT asset register, manage software licensing and renewals, and coordinate equipment and account setup and offboarding for starters and leavers.
  • Youll be the day-to-day contact for our external IT and Dynamics 365 implementation partners, monitoring service levels and flagging service or cost issues to our AI & Automation lead.
  • Youll support other system deployments and migrations, including testing, data preparation and user onboarding.
  • Youll document our systems, automations and processes and help colleagues use technology effectively and securely.
