ERP Production Systems Efficiency Product Owner (Airbus)

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements

• Global end-to-end supply-chain business understanding and detailed knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and/or shop-floor operations; knowledge of additional domains and operational experience are advantageous.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply-chain modules, with proficiency in S/4HANA solutions and deployment methodology.
• Either a degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Aerospace or a related complex industry (such as Automotive or Defence); or an HNC in one of those fields and at least 8 years of relevant experience in those industries.
• Experience with classical waterfall project management and SAFe/Agile frameworks is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions, are desirable.
• A proven track record in change management is desirable.
• You will be subject to BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the PSE team and focus on the PSE scope while ensuring integration with other domains, including Planning and Supply, Finance, and Logistics.
• Manage collaboration with teams within and outside the Belfast project.
• Deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions with the surrounding Airbus tool chain and contribute to developing the deployment strategy.
• Lead business transformation and adoption, including business acceptance testing, data migration, entry into service, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Assess functionality and deliver SAP S/4HANA-based solutions in collaboration with IT departments.
• Collaborate with other Airbus S/4HANA projects to identify synergies and harmonize solutions.
• Analyze current organizational structures, processes, and IT solutions in depth.
• Enable efficient implementation of new processes and Airbus digital tools in line with SAP standards and Airbuss global strategy.
• Coordinate alignment among Belfast Operations stakeholders, Process Owners, and Information Management teams from early discovery through entry into service.

We are integrating a Tier 1 aerostructures supplier into Airbus and expanding our ERP system by replacing legacy tools with a unified SAP S/4HANA digital ecosystem.
