Position Summary:
We are hiring Field Service Technicians in Central and South Florida to support our expanding customer base, including clients in the hospitality, foodservice, and cruise ship industries. While we provide thorough onboarding and training, a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in repair, installation, or maintenance of espresso, coffee, or beverage equipment is required for this position.
This is a field-based role that requires independence, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills. Occasional travel, including support for cruise ship service calls, is part of this dynamic and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other related beverage equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic).
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system calibrations.
- Provide basic operational training to equipment users.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and manage service inventory.
- Participate in an on-call service rotation (some nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Travel occasionally for service calls, training, or special project installations.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with espresso equipment (required).
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with coffee equipment (required).
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with other beverage equipment (required).
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot espresso and coffee machines, including mechanical and electronic issues.
- Solid understanding of basic electrical and plumbing configurations in foodservice environments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and plumbing schematics and technical documentation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior field service experience; barista or coffee industry background is a plus.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic tools, and multimeters.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and valid passport.
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Pay: $23.59 - $28.42 per hour
