Estate Planning and Administration Attorney – Orinda - Burrey Law Group
At Burrey Law Group (BLG), we are not just a new law firm; we are strategists, problem solvers, and innovators who are redefining the modern legal experience. Our firm is on an ambitious mission: to help 500 clients per year navigate their legal challenges and find resolution by December 31, 2028. By then, we aim to be a leading firm in Northern California, renowned for outstanding results, strategic thinking, and unwavering dedication to client success, particularly within our core Trust & Estates practice.
Our purpose is to create the biggest positive impact for our clients by approaching every case with extreme ownership and an unwavering commitment to results. We operate on a foundation of core values we call "The BLG Standard," where we don't just follow best practices—we set them. This includes taking full responsibility for our outcomes (Extreme Ownership), seeing adversity as an opportunity for success (Adversity is Opportunity), and delivering 10X the value to our clients (Give More Than You Capture). We are building a high-performing team of "A-Players," not a family.
If you are an experienced estate planning attorney who is ready to be a part of a firm built for growth and impact, let's talk about a mutual fit for our Orinda office.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking an attorney with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and conservatorship administration. You should be highly skilled in drafting comprehensive estate plans, including trusts, wills, and related documents. You must also have experience guiding clients through the complexities of the probate and administration processes in California.
You should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in estate planning and administration. Beyond your technical knowledge, we're looking for someone who is a meticulous problem-solver, a proactive self-starter, and a strong communicator who can navigate complex client situations with empathy and clarity. We value entrepreneurial spirit and a team-first mindset, recognizing that we are stronger together.
The ideal candidate is seeking a supportive firm where they can grow their career in a thriving practice area while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You are able to consistently deliver 1,500 quality billable hours annually.
