Estimate Coordinator (On-Site)

We’re looking for a detail-driven Estimate Coordinator to join our growing team in a full-time, onsite role supporting our estimators and operations staff. If you enjoy organization, project coordination, and contributing to a high-performing roofing team—this is the role for you.
In This Role, You Will:
- Create and manage roofing estimates and contracts.
- Upload all job data into AccuLynx (CRM) and ensure accuracy of records.
- Coordinate final job paperwork, work orders, and subcontractor schedules.
- Collaborate with estimators, schedulers, and project teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to job.
- Perform quality checks on subcontractor work like gutters and solar.
- Help prepare the weekly schedule board for upcoming jobs.
- Assist with pulling and coordination job permits.
- Occasionally assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, or roofing intake tasks.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of admin experience in estimating, scheduling, contracts and/or project coordination roles.
- Brings experience from the roofing, construction, or trades industry.
- Can juggle multiple deadlines while staying organized and accurate.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs (AccuLynx experience is a plus).
- Enjoys being part of a supportive, driven team.
