Estimator & Claims Coordinator:

Are you a sharp communicator with a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of construction? ServiceMaster by Twins is looking for a motivated Estimator & Claims Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our reconstruction team. In this hybrid position, you’ll manage insurance claims from start to finish, produce estimates using industry-standard software and guidelines, and help restore homes and businesses with speed, precision, and compassion.

What you will do:


Estimating & Technical Accuracy

• Create detailed mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate, following program guidelines and IICRC standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and technicians to define accurate scopes.
• Calculate labor, equipment, and material pricing with precision, including quantity takeoffs.
• Review estimates with the construction team and address insurer feedback or exceptions.

Claims Coordination

• Manage claims from First Notice of Loss through completion using CRM systems.
• Coordinate field team dispatch and track progress to ensure SLA compliance and efficient job flow.
• Upload and organize photos, documents, and insurer info in real time.
• Perform daily reviews of compliance tasks and escalate issues proactively.

Customer Communication

• Maintain frequent contact with property owners and adjusters.
• Address service issues and complaints, documenting resolutions with care.
• Ensure daily job notes are entered and communication flows consistently across teams.

Cross-Functional Support

• Digitize and manage job-related documents for streamlined access.
• Support project managers, technicians and other team members with documentation and final reviews.
• Assist the leadership team in completing administrative tasks and special projects.

What you will bring:

• Detail-oriented with a background in basic construction — familiarity with building materials, flooring, and damage caused by fire, water, smoke, and other hazards is key.
• Strong understanding of commercial restoration and insurance industry workflows.
• Confident using Xactimate, DASH, Mitigate, and other project software.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities in motion.
