Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Clinical Manager to manage the daily operations of our long-term care facility under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Nursing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Supervise facility staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee medical management processes and procedures
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize facility performance
- Handle patient inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid, current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MA
- Proven experience in nurse management or a similar role
- Self-directed and proactive approach to supervisory duties
- Strong knowledge of long-term care facility procedures and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,730.00 - $93,600.00 per year
