A&I Transport, Inc., with over 30 years in business, is currently looking for an ambitious and organized evening dispatcher. The candidate must have good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
All candidates will possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
- Minimum one year of Dispatching experience.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish required.
- Ability to work a night schedule of 50-55 hours per week, including weekends.
- Ability to learn our company’s services.
- Dispatch company trucks and coordinate daily schedules for drivers.
- Maintain and update delivery schedules.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, responsible, dependable team player, and punctual.
- Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills, Excel and Word.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Perform other duties as required by the General Manager.
