Duties

- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to improve future marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts before, during, and after events to promote engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align event objectives with overall business goals.
- Deliver public presentations and product demos to diverse audiences.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for attendees.
- Assist in the logistics of event setup, including food service management when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in product demos and public speaking are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in social media management to promote events and engage audiences.
- Ability to collect and analyze data for continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
- A background in sales is a plus, as it aids in understanding customer needs.
- Experience in food service can be beneficial for events involving catering or refreshments.
