Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-connected Event Sales & Business Development Specialist with strong ties in South Florida. The ideal candidate knows how to secure bookings with corporate clients, private groups, and event planners. Your main responsibility is simple: get Frost & Sprinkle events booked.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing South Florida connections to secure event bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR teams, event planners, schools, and community groups.
- Generate private client bookings for birthday parties, holiday events, and special occasions.
- Identify partnership opportunities with venues, planners, and businesses to increase visibility and sales.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed events.
Qualifications:
- Strong network in South Florida’s corporate, event, and private client communities.
- Proven ability to secure event bookings.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Background in sales, event planning, or hospitality a plus.
Compensation:
- Commission-based with no cap on earnings.
- Base + commission potential for the right candidate.
