The Events Director leads the planning and execution of immersive, purpose-driven experiences that engage our people and customers. This role will sit within the Design team and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact, high-emotion events—from internal culture-building moments to bespoke customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. You’ll be the architect behind moments that matter - crafting experiences that inspire, connect, and energize both employees and customers.
- Build and execute an integrated annual calendar of internal and customer-facing events that amplifies Chobani’s mission, values, and brand storytelling ensuring brand alignment
- Lead end-to-end planning for internal events including One Chobani Leadership Team offsites, National Sales Meeting, as well as other large format internal meetings
- Partner closely with Brand, Communications, Commercial and Impact Teams to create events that foster community, belonging, and culture.
- Create feedback loops and post-event insights to continuously improve employee experiences.
- Design and lead exceptional customer-facing experiences at the Master’s, Customer Top to Top Meetings, as well as bespoke customer appreciation meetings.
- Facilitate an elevated experience for top customers at various trade shows and expos with the SLT such as Expo West and FMI
- Oversee a roster of trusted agencies and vendors.
- Manage complex budgets and timelines while delivering best-in-class quality.
- 10+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, internal communications, or brand experience.
- Proven track record creating emotionally resonant experiences for internal audiences and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management, vendor oversight, and production coordination skills.
- Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for brand storytelling and on-brand experience design.
- Comfortable engaging and influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range: $148,000.00 - $222,000.00, plus bonus.
