Role Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Assist with pre-event logistics including vendor communication, promotional item procurement, collateral production, and shipping.
  • Support on-site execution by organizing staffing, travel details, and booth readiness.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Track individual event budgets with the goal of delivering high-quality leads while maximizing ROI.
  • Assist in post-event reporting and lead follow-up processes.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Manage relationships with external vendors including venues, caterers, and exhibit service providers.
  • Negotiate costs and ensure services meet expectations and deadlines.

Team Support

  • Assist other field and regional marketing events as needed.
  • Maintain shared event calendars, checklists, and documentation to keep the team on track and organized.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Enthusiasm for event marketing and eagerness to grow your skills
  • Professional communication style—written and verbal

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant internship/experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows (college, internship, or previous job)
  • Familiarity with shipping logistics, vendor coordination, or budgeting
  • Interest in SaaS, K–12 education, or B2B marketing
