The Role:
Our Excavation Crew Leads repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.
Excavation Crew Leads have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.
What You'll Do
- Consistently represent yourself as a professional and industry knowledgeable which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business.
- Lead an Excavation team in leveling and resetting customer yards.
- Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.
- Operate heavy machinery safely while performing on the job duties
- Promote a positive team culture and participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
- Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- 2+ years experience in residential excavation that includes the operation of heavy machinery
- Class A CDL required
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Positive and engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude
- High School Diploma or GED
