Job description

Roundhouse | Boise, ID | Full-time, on-site

$85,000 - $95,000 annual salary + bonus potential

Roundhouse is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and President, with additional support for our COO and CIO. You'll manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the executive team, coordinate company-wide meetings and events, and lead our Office Assistant to keep headquarters running smoothly. The role includes an annual bonus, a zero-cost employee medical plan, and a 401(k) match.

You keep leadership a step ahead.

You see the week before it happens. You know which meeting needs a prep doc, which flight needs a backup, and which detail everyone else will miss. You handle sensitive information with total discretion and keep four executives organized at once, so leadership can stay focused on what matters most. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.

What you'll own

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Projects and planning

  • Plan and run company-wide meetings, leadership events, and team member engagement activities
  • Support expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing for the executive team
  • Find and implement process improvements that make administrative work more efficient

Office leadership

  • Supervise and develop the Office Assistant, setting priorities for front-office and administrative support
  • Oversee office operations so the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage key vendor and building management relationships and escalate issues as needed

What you bring

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management across competing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving and sound independent judgment
  • A professional presence and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work to support executive activities and company events

Pay and benefits

  • $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Medical (including a zero-cost employee plan), dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays
  • Paid maternity and parental leave
  • Employee housing discount and cell phone stipend
  • Company-paid life insurance, plus short- and long-term disability options
  • Mental wellness program and Perks at Work discounts
  • Professional development support, peer recognition, and years-of-service awards
