Role description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of our CFO, as well as other top executives in the US. This role will have high visibility within our growing organization and will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the CFO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed effectively. This role acts as a key partner to finance leadership, enabling efficient decision-making and seamless execution of business activities.
Main activities
- Management of a complex calendar across time zones, coordinating with multiple key stakeholders
- Travel management, including frequent domestic and international business trips.
- Expense management using Concur.
- Project management with regards to ongoing projects and deadlines with CFO’s direct reports.
- Support and calendar coordination for other finance executives and larger US team.
- Hosting and scheduling of meetings for executives visiting the New York office.
- Ad-hoc Office Management support for US offices, including local finance management
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, with C-Suite experience preferred.
- Experience or interest in the energy sector and/or finance is a plus.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and triage in an ever-changing environment.
- Italian and/or French language skills (or willingness to learn) are a plus.
- Experience with working across time zones.
- Ability to commute to our NYC office 3 days a week (with flexibility as needed).
- A pro-active attitude as we grow.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

- Salary range: $80K–$90K, commesurate with experience.
