PARAMOUNT HOME GROUP is seeking a motivated person to assist leadership to assist our top-selling Real Estate Team’s focus on lead development! We are looking for an enthusiastic associate to generate sales either by calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. We need a team player to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong call center/telemarketing background to assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
We are seeking an individual passionate about achievement, who draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets.
We are looking for someone with a future mindset, not a right-now mindset. Our company has grown considerably and grown new companies as ancillary providers to help increase value to our clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
· Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline (cold and warm calling)
· Primary duties include outbound calling, texting, e-mail communication, social media prospecting, coordination and scheduling of real estate opportunities, and overall management of sales database/pipeline
· Build rapport and set appointments for agents to meet with residential real estate buyers, sellers, and investors
· Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
· Prospect to an existing database of clients to generate appointments
· Cooperate and work with agents and operations team to secure buyers/sellers
Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
· Enjoys being on the phone and has incredible phone skills/experience
· Aggressive and results-oriented in all things
· High economic drive - wants to make a lot of money
· Independent, self-motivated, and competitive
· Loves winning and is COACHABLE
· Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
· Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in English
· Persistent and results-oriented
· Patient and able to handle client objections
· Real Estate knowledge a plus
· Call Center experience a plus
· Executive Assistant a plus
· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
· Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
