KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide white-glove, on-time service for VIP and corporate passengers
- Press “On The Way 60 Min” 60–90 min before every job
- Keep vehicles immaculate; restock water, mints, tissues
- Drive phone-free, obey all traffic laws, assist with luggage (≤ 50 lb)
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Live within 40 minutes of BOS Logan – no exceptions
- 3+ years professional driving (Uber Black, Lyft Lux, limo, taxi, CDL-P, etc.)
- Age 25+, valid U.S. licence, clean MVR (max 1 point, no DUIs)
- Own a black suit/tux, white shirt, black tie & polished dress shoes
- Cover your own fuel – company covers everything else
- Paid once a month by direct deposit between the 13th–15th – must be comfortable with this cycle
- Weekend & major-holiday availability
- Pass DOT-level drug screen & criminal background check (no felonies)
- Work as a 1099 independent contractor (year-end 1099-NEC)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Blacklane, Boston Coach, Carey or Empire CLS
- MA DPU livery or Boston Hackney permit

- Driver rating below 4.9 or missed “On The Way 60 Min” press → 10 % / 20 % / 30 % commission deduction
- Absolutely no speeding, distracted driving, or missed pickups
