As our chief executive for this non-profit, you’ll champion our mission to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by epilepsy through advocacy, education, and direct support services. You’ll serve as the face of the organization, a key fundraiser, and a strategic leader reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and develop strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including grants, sponsorships, donor relations, and events.
- Serve as the public spokesperson and primary advocate for epilepsy awareness and policy change.
- Oversee programs and services, including client support, education, and community outreach.
- Recruit, support, and manage staff and volunteers; oversee day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set goals, share insights, and strengthen governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit or health-related organizations.
- Proven success in fundraising, program development, and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of health-related services or experience working with individuals with epilepsy or similar conditions.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing budgets, staff, and organizational operations.

Pay: $73,977.00 - $80,091.00 per year
