SUMMARY
The Executive Director is responsible for leading all aspects of facility operations, fostering a high-performance and compassionate culture while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. This role oversees budgeting, performance improvement, and achievement of KPIs, while actively participating in clinical collaboration and supporting intake, assessment, treatment planning, and aftercare processes. The Executive Director also serves as a key liaison with community partners and supports outreach efforts to enhance program visibility.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day facility operations, driving a high-performance culture.
- Oversee budget planning, expense control, and financial performance.
- Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Actively participates as a member of the treatment team to provide the best treatment for clients.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards. Serve as a key liaison with local healthcare providers, referral partners, colleges, and community organizations.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance program visibility and referrals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, positive energy, and compassionate support for patients, peers, and oneself.
- Collaborate with leadership, business development, medical and nursing teams, UR staff, and external payers. Oversee processes for location intake, assessment, treatment planning, and aftercare coordination.
- Ensure quality and compliance in documentation and clinical practices. Step into clinical or administrative roles as needed, including facilitating group therapy or completing patient assessments.
- Participate in marketing events with business development as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Master's level licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)
- Five years of experience working in Behavioral Health/Addiction Medicine.
- Must possess an understanding of the nature of the disease concept and recovery that has been demonstrated through progressively increased responsibilities in the healthcare industry.
