We’re entering a new era of biotech innovation—and that demands a reimagining of how we work, lead, and thrive. As Executive Director, people-centric Culture & Inclusion, you will join the global Culture & Development COE as a key leadership team member. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational execution of our cultural evolution. You will shape the mindset, practices, and infrastructure that support an inclusive, agile, and purpose-driven organization at scale. This executive role will lead an existing high-impact Inclusion team, build a small but futuristic culture and future of work team, and serve on the leadership team for Regeneron’s Culture, Inclusion & Development COE ensuring our culture and people systems keep pace with scientific ambition and the evolving external landscape.
This role will require 4 days per week onsite at our Corporate HQ Campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is not available as a fully remote / hybrid work.

A typical day may include:
Vision & Strategy
Define and operationalize a multi-year strategy for people-centric culture, inclusion, and future-of-work readiness.
Champion a clear cultural narrative that aligns with company mission, scientific priorities, and employee voice.
Lead the integration of culture, belonging, and innovation into core people systems (e.g., performance, learning, talent development).
Design onboarding strategy and assets to ensure new hires experience the culture from pre-boarding through assimilation.
Enterprise Leadership & Influence
Serve as a trusted advisor to the COE Executive Team, translating organizational data into actionable cultural strategies.
Influence decision-making related to culture, organizational agility, talent mobility, and the science of teamwork.
External Impact & Thought Leadership
Represent the company in industry forums and consortia focused on the future of work and inclusive innovation.
Elevate the company’s voice as a leader in creating human-centered biotech workplaces.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a diverse team of strategists, researchers, program leads, and facilitators.
Provide people management and strategic direction to the culture and inclusion team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Partner with the C&D Leadership Team to foster a learning culture across the organization.

This role may be for you if you have :
Progressive expereince leading Inclusion teams and have had oversight of Diversity & Inclusion, Future of Work and / or Culture initiatives within a large matrixed organization
Excellent communications skills
Strong leadership and strategic skills
A track record of developing strong relationships with executive leaders
Strong influencing skills with senior executives
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Learning agility and comfortable with high level of ambiguity
To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related areas with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational culture, enterprise change, Inclusion work, or future of work strategy. Strong understanding of healthcare, biotech or complex, innovation-led scientific organizations. Prefer experience with founder led organizations. Proven ability to drive systemic change and cultural transformation at scale. Excellent executive communication, influence, and data storytelling capabilities. Passionate about advancing inclusion and reimagining the human experience of work.
