Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional cleaning services.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply orders, and maintenance requests.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
