Position: Executive / Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role
I’m seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to support me in managing my businesses. This is a hands-on, flexible role—ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a dynamic brand. You’ll help with everything from client communication and scheduling to errands, event setup, and content creation.
Note: This is not a fully remote position. While some tasks can be done virtually, in-person availability is required several times a week.

This role is not for someone with a busy personal business or limited flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email/text across platforms
- Manage scheduling and calendars (venue bookings, tours, meetings)
- Send and track invoices using HoneyBook, QuickBooks, etc.
- Assist with tours, client walk-throughs, and event support
- Help with weekly errands and last-minute requests
- Set up and manage client profiles, listings, and documents
- Create and edit basic content for listings and social media
- Support day-to-day operations of both my event and consulting businesses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like HoneyBook, QuickBooks, Canva, or willing to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Laptop, smartphone, and internet access
- Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings/weekends when needed
Compensation
- Starting at $500 to $1,000/month (or approx. $10-$15/hr, depending on experience)
- Potential for growth based on performance and comfort level
- Includes mentorship in entrepreneurship and business management
