Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and assist in training of new salespeople
- Mentor and coach your sales team for success
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company standards and sales goals are being met
- Be able to step in and answer any customer questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Create a high-quality and professional experience for our customers
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Must have experience and proven track record
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Fantastic communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Positive attitude
- Has Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Clean driving record is a must
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
