We are seeking a few experienced Barber's to join our team The Rock Barber Shop. The ideal candidate's will have a strong background in hair cuts ( and straight razor shave experience is a big plus). We are looking for team players who possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients while delivering high-quality cuts / shaves.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard shape ups.
- Utilize hair styling techniques to meet client preferences and trends.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Requirements
- Valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
