Summary
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at Kidds & Co. This role is essential in overseeing our educational programs and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children. The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our mission to foster growth and development in a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Supervise daily activities to ensure a safe and engaging environment
- Collaborate with staff to develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Step into classrooms and ratio as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Head Teacher Certificate (Connecticut State)
- CPR & First Aid
- Experience working with and developing curriculum
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
