Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about services offered and assist customers in placing orders.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service environment
- Mandatory experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
- Prior work experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or appliance service industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Familiarity with dispatching procedures and technician routing
- Experience handling high call volumes
